Antonella and Tiziana, two long-standing figures at Manaly, together with Eleonora, Head of Communication and Marketing, guide us through a journey from the company’s origins to the present day, highlighting how relationships, trust and passion are the true pillars of our growth.
For us, corporate values are not only principles to communicate, but a practical way of working: they influence how we build relationships, how we approach each project and how we continue to grow as a cooperative.
The origins: enthusiasm and resilience
Manaly’s early days were shaped by hard work and sacrifice, but also by a special kind of energy. At a time when many companies were focused mainly on the product, we chose a different approach: putting people at the centre.
The positive atmosphere, the desire to learn and the will to grow together encouraged others to join us.
Growth and continuous learning
Over time, the cooperative began to structure itself more clearly. This was an important step that led us to invest in training and in the development of skills.
Many of us started in operational and manual roles, but thanks to determination and the desire to grow, we were able to take on positions of responsibility and actively contribute to strategic decisions.
A workplace designed for people
One of our dreams was to have a workshop surrounded by greenery, with large windows and plenty of natural light: a place that could reflect our idea of well-being. Today, that dream has become reality.
The workplace is not just a space for production activities, but an environment that inspires, welcomes and supports the people who work there every day.
Corporate values that become relationships
Honesty, listening and responsibility are the pillars on which our project is built. They are not abstract concepts, but principles that become part of everyday actions: in the way we communicate with clients, in the transparency we maintain with suppliers and in the collaboration we build with colleagues.
For Manaly, the product is important, but it represents only one part of the journey. The real difference lies in the authentic relationships we are able to create.
