Manaly: a story of people, values, and shared growth
Corporate values are at the heart of Manaly’s story: a journey built on people, relationships and shared growth, where trust, listening and responsibility guide the way we work and collaborate every day.
At Manaly, people have always been at the heart of everything we do. This is where the video we want to share today begins: a story of our company culture, told through the voices of those who contribute every day to building the future of the cooperative.
Antonella and Tiziana, two long-standing figures at Manaly, together with Eleonora, Head of Communication and Marketing, guide us through a journey from the company’s origins to the present day, highlighting how relationships, trust and passion are the true pillars of our growth.
For us, corporate values are not only principles to communicate, but a practical way of working: they influence how we build relationships, how we approach each project and how we continue to grow as a cooperative.
The origins: enthusiasm and resilience
Manaly’s early days were shaped by hard work and sacrifice, but also by a special kind of energy. At a time when many companies were focused mainly on the product, we chose a different approach: putting people at the centre.
The positive atmosphere, the desire to learn and the will to grow together encouraged others to join us.
Growth and continuous learning
Over time, the cooperative began to structure itself more clearly. This was an important step that led us to invest in training and in the development of skills.
Many of us started in operational and manual roles, but thanks to determination and the desire to grow, we were able to take on positions of responsibility and actively contribute to strategic decisions.
A workplace designed for people

One of our dreams was to have a workshop surrounded by greenery, with large windows and plenty of natural light: a place that could reflect our idea of well-being. Today, that dream has become reality.
The workplace is not just a space for production activities, but an environment that inspires, welcomes and supports the people who work there every day.
Corporate values that become relationships

Honesty, listening and responsibility are the pillars on which our project is built. They are not abstract concepts, but principles that become part of everyday actions: in the way we communicate with clients, in the transparency we maintain with suppliers and in the collaboration we build with colleagues.
For Manaly, the product is important, but it represents only one part of the journey. The real difference lies in the authentic relationships we are able to create.
A story of yesterday and tomorrow
The video we invite you to watch is more than just a company story: it is a testimony to how values can become reality. Through the words of Antonella, Tiziana and Eleonora, a story emerges that speaks about the past while looking to the future with confidence.

Manaly Method
Logistics and on-site assembly: the fourth phase of the Manaly Method to bring setups to life
A successful trade fair setup never happens by chance: it is the result of a structured process that combines creativity, technique, and organization. This is why we developed the Manaly Method, a process that guides our clients from the initial idea to the final delivery.
After exploring how concepts are born, how they are designed and how they are produced in the carpentry workshop, in this final article we focus on the fourth phase: logistics and on-site assembly. This is where every piece finds its place and the work of all departments comes together in the finished stand, ready to welcome visitors.
Logistics planning: the secret to fitting every phase together

The final phase begins long before arriving on site. It is logistics planning that ensures each project runs smoothly: from material transport to defining assembly schedules.
We coordinate every step internally, balancing time, costs and resources. Logistics is like a puzzle: every activity must fit perfectly with the others to complete the final picture.
A flexible approach allows us to adapt to unforeseen circumstances while still meeting the tight deadlines typical of trade fair events.
A concrete example is the Metlen Energy & Metals project, where meticulous planning allowed us to assemble a complex stand in just a few hours, without compromising on quality or detail.

Multidisciplinarity: the value that unites all phases
The logistics and assembly phase is never isolated: it is the result of the contribution of every department — design, workshop, warehouse, production and installation. Each brings specific expertise, and together they create the synergy that makes on-time, carefully managed delivery possible.

The warehouse, for example, is not just an operational space, but a dynamic hub where pieces are prepared, adjusted and refined before being installed.
It is in this teamwork that every project becomes something truly unique.
On-site assembly: where the project comes to life
The construction site is the ultimate test. Here, planning meets reality and every technical decision is put to the test. Our installation technicians, now true multidisciplinary professionals, don’t just execute: they anticipate and solve problems in real time.
Working in complex urban contexts or under tight deadlines requires precision, independence and collaboration.
To better showcase the strength of multidisciplinarity, we gave the floor to our team. In this video interview, Pietro, Alessandro, Walter, Guglielmo, Zoran and Nadia share how different skills and experiences come together every day to bring stands, events and exhibitions to life.

The third phase of the Manaly Method: craftsmanship, sustainability, and safety in the production of setups
Our series dedicated to the Manaly Method continues: a four-step journey to show how we transform an idea into a unique exhibition space or event. After exploring the ideation phase and the design phase, we now enter the operational core: production. This is where the project takes tangible shape, thanks to the encounter between craftsmanship, technology, and sustainability. Keep reading to learn more!
The carpentry workshop: where ideas become matter
Our in-house workshop is the beating heart of the production phase. Here, every project comes to life through a mix of craftsmanship and innovation. Precision machining is entrusted to cutting-edge CNC machines, capable of guaranteeing millimetric cuts and complex details. However, technology never replaces the artisan’s hand: the added value lies in combining the efficiency of machines with the sensitivity of those who truly understand the nuances of each material.Wood is the main protagonist: versatile, natural, and durable. It allows us to create custom-made elements that combine aesthetics and functionality, ensuring quality and long-lasting strength. Every surface, every finish is carefully overseen, because we know that details make the difference.
Certified sustainability: wood as a responsible choiceFor us, production is not just a technical process, but also an act of responsibility. Every stand, showroom, or temporary setup can have a significant impact on the environment: that’s why we adopt concrete practices of reuse, recycling, and sustainable disposal.
We are PEFC certified, which guarantees the legal and sustainable sourcing of wood from responsibly managed forests.
Furthermore, as members of the Consorzio del Legno Veneto, we promote a short supply chain: local wood, traceable from the forest to the finished product, reduces environmental impact while enhancing the value of the territory.
A significant example is the project we carried out for Veneto Agricoltura, where we highlighted tradition with a “green” approach. The use of certified local wood and artisanal workmanship made it possible to create an exhibition space that not only met sustainability criteria but also showcased the culture and resources of the Veneto region, strengthening the bond between nature, identity, and innovation. Discover the case study here!
Alongside these certifications, we are developing innovative projects such as the Ecostand, which aims to further reduce the environmental impact of trade fair setups, showing how creativity and sustainability can go hand in hand.
A balance between safety, innovation, and craftsmanship
In addition to quality and sustainability, safety is a fundamental pillar of the production phase. Every element we create must meet high standards of stability and resistance, because a stand or exhibition space is not only meant to be seen but also lived in.
From Manaly’s in-house carpentry workshop come not just technical components or structures for stands and events: each piece tells a story of artisanal care, responsible choices, and technological innovation. Wood certification, on-time delivery, and precision workmanship are not just details—they are guarantees of a method that puts both the client and the planet at the center.
To delve deeper into this crucial step, we created a video interview in which Alberto and Serena explain how Manaly integrates advanced technology and artisanal processes without compromising its commitment to sustainability. Serena also explains the role of corporate governance, highlighting the importance of financial management and strategic planning for responsible leadership.

Trade show booth ideation: the first phase of the Manaly Method to transform ideas into unique spaces
At Manaly, we believe that every exhibition setup is not just a project, but a true creative and production journey. That’s why we developed a clear and structured method, guiding us from the initial idea to final delivery on-site.
The Method Manaly unfolds in four phases – Ideation, Design, Production, and Assembly – each with a precise and complementary role. In this mini-series, we’ll walk you through, step by step, how we transform an idea into an exhibition space that conveys identity, values, and business goals.
In this article, we start from the very first stage: ideation, strategy, and creative consulting. Keep reading to discover how our concepts are born and how we help clients bring their vision to life!
The Manaly Method: the ideation phase in exhibition setups
Every great trade show project begins with an idea. But for that idea to become reality, it must rest on solid foundations: clear goals, a well-defined identity, and a shared strategy.
The ideation phase is where the Manaly Method begins – the moment we sit down with the client and co-create the concept. It’s not just about gathering technical requests – a desk, a meeting room, or a reception area – but about going further: understanding the brand’s values, the messages to be conveyed, and the emotions to be sparked.
Our role is to translate all of this into an authentic and effective exhibition space, able to combine commercial objectives, communication needs, and functionality. Only then does a booth become more than a structure: it turns into an immersive experience that strengthens brand identity and leaves a lasting impression on visitors.
From creative consulting to concept: how an effective booth is born
In this phase, creativity never comes out of nowhere. It’s fueled by travels, architecture, exhibitions, and everyday details that inspire our project managers to see things from new perspectives.
During initial briefings, we listen, observe, and interpret: the dialogue with the client is the true creative driver. From this exchange come forms, colors, and layouts that are never standardized, but designed to tell a story.
At this stage, Manaly’s consulting means providing not only a design project but also strategic guidance: we help companies define their positioning at the trade fair, identify their strengths, and envision how the booth can become a business tool as well as a visibility tool.
Collaboration and strategy: the secret to turning ideas into exhibition spaces
The ideation phase doesn’t end with a sketch on paper or a 3D rendering. It’s a process that involves production and logistics departments right from the start, so every creative choice is already aligned with technical feasibility. We work closely with installation technicians to ensure that what we imagine can be built efficiently and with quality.
This approach allows us to merge aesthetics and functionality, minimizing unexpected issues on-site and enabling the client to approach the final stage with peace of mind.
To explore this crucial step further, we’ve created a video interview in which Anita and Andrea share their approach to designing exhibition spaces and how their personal philosophy aligns with Manaly’s vision. Luigi, our site technician, concludes by highlighting the importance of close collaboration with project managers, showing how sharing details and information is essential to ensuring smooth execution on-site and the overall success of the project.
