Context
The 2025 edition of Labelexpo Europe took place from September 16 to 19 at Fira Gran Via in Barcelona, marking a historic turning point after many years in Brussels. The move made it possible to expand the exhibition space and offer an even more complete experience for exhibitors and visitors alike. With over 650 companies from more than 130 countries and around 35,000 participants, the event achieved record-breaking results. The focus was on technological innovation, showcasing the latest digital and hybrid printing solutions, increasingly integrated workflows, and advanced automation systems. Sustainability also played a key role, with eco-friendly materials, waste reduction initiatives, and programs such as “Better Stands” and the partnership with DMP Europe for the reuse of print waste. The event also featured a strong educational and cultural dimension: the Pulse Arena hosted seminars on crucial topics such as flexible packaging, folding carton, RFID, artificial intelligence, and new regulations. Visitors were able to see live production lines in action and take part in networking events, such as the “Barcelona Party.
