Context

GEE – Global Elevator Exhibition is the international trade fair dedicated to elevators, escalators, moving walkways, and related components—strategic sectors for the global economy and the future of urban mobility. Organized by Fiera Milano, GEE aims to become the new European reference hub for the entire vertical industry. The event’s goal is to create a meeting and dialogue platform for manufacturers, designers, technicians, and institutional stakeholders, promoting quality, safety, and the highest technical standards in the sector. GEE seeks to highlight industrial excellence and design as tools to improve accessibility and sustainable mobility in the cities of tomorrow.

Objective

The Orange1 stand was designed to affirm the group’s presence in the elevator market, positioning it as a solid and credible player despite its recent acquisitions. The goal was to create a space that conveys trust and stability, reinforcing the perception of an already mature brand. The concept drew inspiration from the idea of an embrace—an architectural and symbolic form that surrounds and welcomes visitors, representing the connection Orange1 builds with its partners and clients.

Solution

Inspired by the idea of an embrace, the stand concept was developed around a circular geometry, directly recalling the Orange1 logo and symbolizing continuity and connection. Outside, a circular reception desk welcomes visitors, with a LED wall behind it showcasing the company in a dynamic and engaging way. Inside the circle, the space is designed for people—a multifunctional desk that also serves as a bar, creating a warm, informal social area. Product displays were arranged on both sides to ensure maximum visibility and accessibility from every angle of the stand. Completing the project, a suspended circular hanging element enhances visual identity and reinforces the sense of harmony and coherence, making the Orange1 stand easily recognizable within the exhibition space.
