Manaly, acronym of Manovali Nati Liberi, was born in 1981 in Vicenza. The cooperative has as its main activities the restructuring and restoration, loading-unloading and transport operations, labor works, set-up, parks and green areas, installations and maintenance.

Manaly founded Tecnospettacolo srl, a company specializing in services for setting up events and shows, together with the companies F.lli Padovan, Mondo Teatro, Emmeti Travel Music.

In the mid-eighties, the collaboration with the Vicenza Fair for stand assembly and porterage begins.

The cooperative also grows and specializes, moving the carpentry, warehouse and offices to a larger site in Altavilla, where it begins to make the first substantial investments in vehicles and equipment.
