In the early nineties Manaly began a reorganization process to grow and specialize in the trade fair and events sector. With the arrival of important orders from customers for whom international fairs are held, the decision was made to close the Tecnospettacolo srl company.

Subsequently, the company analyzed its production process with the help of consultants and reorganized itself. It grows by involving specialized professionals and invests in the training and retraining of “historical” staff.

1997: record year for Manaly, with its 15 partners it reaches a turnover of 3 billion lire. The complexity of the business leads to the design of a management formula compatible with the tradition of the cooperative, with its mission and its values, with a view to constant growth.
