Antonella and Tiziana, two long-standing figures at Manaly, together with Eleonora, Head of Communication and Marketing, guide us through a journey from the company\u2019s origins to the present day, highlighting how relationships, trust and passion are the true pillars of our growth.<\/p>\n

Manaly\u2019s early days were shaped by hard work and sacrifice, but also by a special kind of energy. At a time when many companies were focused mainly on the product, we chose a different approach: putting people at the centre.<\/p>\n

The positive atmosphere, the desire to learn and the will to grow together encouraged others to join us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Growth and continuous learning<\/h2>\n

Over time, the cooperative began to structure itself more clearly. This was an important step that led us to invest in training and in the development of skills.<\/p>\n

Many of us started in operational and manual roles, but thanks to determination and the desire to grow, we were able to take on positions of responsibility and actively contribute to strategic decisions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

One of our dreams was to have a workshop surrounded by greenery, with large windows and plenty of natural light: a place that could reflect our idea of well-being. Today, that dream has become reality.<\/p>\n

The workplace is not just a space for production activities, but an environment that inspires, welcomes and supports the people who work there every day.<\/p>\n
